(一)Create ID & Groups: 參照步驟一。

(二)建立｢共用資料夾｣(參考下圖鼠標)

(三)開啟上述共用資料夾的Windows ACL功能

(四)Setting Windows ACL on these shared folders of "NAS"：參照步驟二。

(五)Synology Windows ACL設定注意事項：

1.可以針對｢共用資料夾｣底下的子資料夾做ID存取權限控管。

2.利用此功能限制不同班級學生只能上傳作業到指定的NAS路徑。

3.針對欲進行存取控管的ID：NAS和Windows都必須設立一樣的ID才可以(連PW都必須一樣)。

4.優先順序：禁止讀取>可讀寫>唯讀。

5.★NAS上的預設群組｢Users｣必須在共用資料夾的根目錄上設定為｢可讀寫｣，否則會造成所有ID都無法存取該資料夾。

五、每個ID的環境建置
(一)桌面排列

(二)設定｢捷徑｣工具列，方便使用者開啟軟體

(三)下列軟體至少啟動1遍：Word, GIMP, Painter Essential 3, Tux Paint

(四)設定IE, Google Chrome, FireFox的首頁：
1.學校首頁
2.Google
3.Yahoo

(五)安裝輸入法：大易、無蝦米、大新倉頡...etc

(六)釘選常用捷徑or軟體與工具列(Win7)：Such as Explorer, IE, Google Chrome...etc

(七)打字軟體的IP設定

(八)Flash Easy 取消｢檢查更新｣。

(九)Check if the custom folder of Windows can be "read" and "write". EX: ID s501 can save his files in the "501" folder.

(十)Check if the custom folder of NAS can be "read" and "write".

六、Reject Students play Computer Games installed in OS or USB Flash Drivers.
